Who is BIOINSPIR ?

In 2008, Prof. Claude Grison observed that certain plant species are capable of naturally accumulating metallic elements.

She discovered that she could take advantage of these metal-rich plants to catalyze organic synthesis processes: this was the creation of the first ecocatalyst®.

After more than 10 years of laboratory research, she founded BIOINSPIR to industrialize ecocatalysis® as a new sustainable chemistry process.
